Job Description
The Early Childhood Educator is a full-time and part-time, on-site role located in Highland Heights, KY. This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s learning and growth. The educator will supervise children, ensure their safety, model positive behavior, and encourage social interaction and problem-solving skills. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an organized classroom environment, documenting observations, communicating with families about children’s progress, and collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and classroom management. The role also involves creating a welcoming atmosphere where children feel respected, supported, and motivated to explore and learn.
