Overview
Turner Staffing Group is hiring a Production Loader Operator to support a mining operation in Hinkley, California. This is a key production role responsible for efficiently loading haul trucks and supporting material movement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a front-end loader to load haul trucks with overburden, ore, or aggregate material

Maintain consistent production rates while minimizing spillage and rework

Ensure proper loading techniques to maximize efficiency and equipment longevity
-
Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment
-
Identify and report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions
-
Follow all site safety policies and MSHA regulations
-
Communicate effectively with haul truck drivers, dispatch, and supervisors
-
Maintain clean work areas and assist with general production support as needed
Qualifications
-
Proven experience operating a production loader in a mining, quarry, or heavy civil environment
-
Strong understanding of loading patterns, material handling, and production goals
-
Valid driver's license required

MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)

Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment

Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
