Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team, specializing in the assembly of glass-to-metal seals. The ideal candidate will support production operations by performing precise assembly tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and efficiency standards throughout the process.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assemble various component parts to produce high-quality Glass-to-Metal Seals, ensuring product integrity throughout the process. .

  • Verify paperwork, materials, and picking tickets for accuracy prior to beginning assembly.

  • Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently as part of the production cycle.

  • Stay informed and maintain general knowledge of ongoing production issues and updates.

  • Carry out other duties as assigned to support team and operational needs.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • At minimum 6 months previous manufacturing experience.

  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills are essential.

  • Ability to read and interpret product drawings accurately is preferred.

  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle small parts and operate magnifying lenses and microscopes effectively.

Equipment Used

Magnifying lenses, tweezers, microscopes, drop indicators, and verniers.

Hourly rates starting at $18/hour.
