What You’ll Do

Lead safe, creative, and effective group fitness sessions for diverse participants

Design classes that are engaging, challenging, and adaptable for all levels

Motivate clients with energy, coaching, and positive reinforcement

Modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safety

Manage class flow, timing, and group engagement

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and brand representation

What You Bring
-
Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
-
CPR/AED certified (required)
-
1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group training
-
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills

Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction
-
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-
Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goals
