Job Duties
Bilingual Child Care and Education Center, Inc. seeks a Director of Staffing and Training in
Roseville, MN to collaborate with Director of Early Learning Success and Director of Human
Resources & Compliance to implement Spanish Immersion Early Learning Program of Excellence;
coordinate hiring, placement, training, and direct supervision of education team including
teachers and assistants; provide classroom coverage as needed if short staffed; assess progress
of children's learning related to developmental objectives; participate in conferences with
parents as well as administrative planning meetings on training, curriculum, and special events;
and coordinate annual staff development days. Requires a High School diploma/GED, 60 months
of experience in early-childhood teaching or similar occupation, Childhood Development
