Phoenix Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech. The Neighborhood at Sheffield is seeking Med Techs to join their team. The Med Tech monitors resident health and wellbeing, provides leadership support, assists with resident care, administers medication, communicates with support services and families, and maintains clinical quality assurance while supporting wellness components of Phoenix programs.

Key focus areas include Identifies ongoing needs and services of residents through the assessment/Personalized Service Plan process, Ensures proper follow‑through and documentation for residents with a change in clinical care needs, and Supports the Wellness Nurse with completing clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP.

Successful candidates bring Certified Medication Aide, State Medication Aide Requirements, and Must Be Able To Work Weekends Evenings And Flexible Hours. Important skills include Leadership, Dementia Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Leadership Capabilities, and Medication Administration. Preferred (not required): Assisted Living Industry Knowledge, Communication, Vital Signs Monitoring, and Dementia Care Knowledge.
