Job Description

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 3RD SHIFT

Join our team and keep our machines — and production — running strong!

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment operating safely and efficiently on 3rd shift. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve production machinery, helping ensure we deliver quality parts to our customers every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep production equipment in top working order through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements.

  • Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

  • Complete all preventive maintenance (PM) tasks per department specifications.

  • Communicate effectively with your team and leaders about issues, priorities, and solutions.

  • Accurately record maintenance activities and parts used in MP2.

  • Conduct torque and leak verification tests as required.

  • Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE at all times.

  • Support a culture of reliability, teamwork, and respect across all departments.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

  • At least six months of related maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).

  • Electrical training, Lockout/Tagout, Fork Truck, Aerial Lift, Arc Flash, and PLC experience preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Reliable attendance and commitment to working assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
