Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These Managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.

The ideal person for this position is:

  • Dependable -- always shows up on-time or early for all shifts and comes in when needed to support their team

  • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with customers and their team

  • Adapts well to change -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

  • Experience -- has past experiences leading others

  • Teamwork -- values others opinions and collaborates well with their peers

  • Accountable -- customers have high expectations, therefore we want someone who holds themselves to high standards of performance

Prior McDonald's Department Manager Experience is preferred.
