Position: RN - Admissions Nurse
Shift: 10am-6:30pm
Status: Full-Time

As the admissions nurse, you will be responsible for:

coordinating new patient admissions and readmissions

coordinating transfers and discharges
-
assisting with MDS assessments and other routine documentation

completing assessments of patients with acute illnesses

coordinating physician and family notification

assisting with order completion.

Required Qualifications:

current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse

degree from an accredited school of nursing

working every other weekend and every other holiday is required
