Job Overview

The Assembler performs general duties under the direction of the production supervisor; this includes installing lead wires or terminals and insulation per the production specification sheet.

  • Working independently or with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

  • Identifying lead wire and terminal types and installing them per production specification sheet.

  • Assuring that all products meet the highest standard of quality.

  • Following all safety rules and ISO requirements.

  • Adhering to all company rules and policies.

  • Keeping work areas clean and organized.

  • Ensuring that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.

  • Operating a hoist properly and safely.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

  • Read, use, and understand measuring devices.

  • Ability to stand for excessive periods of time.

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

  • Understanding measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.

  • Proficiency with hand tools (side cutters, lineman pliers, etc...).
