Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience, or

Master's Degree and two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, Information Technology, or related field and three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Master's Degree In Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, Information Technology, or related field and two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
-
Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple work streams in parallel and be able to see the big picture while also paying attention to detail, required.

Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with internal and externals stakeholders, required.

Ability to make decisions in real-time, under pressure, required.

Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, required.

Demonstrated a service orientated work ethic with experience in managing multiple tasks and changing priorities, required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), required.

Experience in financial planning and analysis, auditing, project management, or other job function responsible for implementing or interpreting financial or process documents, budget, budget forecast, cost estimates, or book-keeping, preferred.

Experience supporting implementation and management of digital projects or capital projects, including budget and financials, preferred.

Experience working with large volumes of data, data management, data cleaning, and quality control, preferred.

Familiarity with demand response and how electricity is distributed to customers, preferred.

Experience managing vendor, consultant, and contractor activities, preferred.

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
