Daily Duties of a Medical Office Admin:

  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointment
  • ReferralsInsurance verification/authorization
  • Complete charge entry
  • Billing and filing
  • Additional tasks as needed

Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

  • At least two years of experience of medical front office doing scheduling, insurance verifications and authorizations, checking in and out, answering phones, and prepping charts
  • Bubbly personality and great patient-focused customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and easily adaptable
  • Preferred but not a MUST: EMR/EHR(Especially NextGen or Epic), Orthotic & Prosthetics experience, Orthopedic experience, DME or workers comp experience
