Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 2nd Shift Anneal Operator.

What you will be doing:

  • Inspect plates for proper conditions before starting annealing process

  • Anneal batches according to film type and TCR requirements

  • Check nominal, TCR, and tracking to ensure they are within traveler specifications

  • Make determinations of necessary annealing process adjustments for satisfactory product

  • Stabilize according to film type to maintain film standards

  • Responsible for reading ovens and decision making

What you will bring along:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read and write in order to interpret production documents and accurately record information

  • Basic math skills required

  • Basic problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $17-19/hr
