We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through delivery. In this role, you will orchestrate work across internal IT and business teams, external implementation vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes on time and on budget. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on project management experience and deep, recent expertise delivering Salesforce solutions - with a particular focus on Salesforce Field Service Management.
You will own the full project lifecycle: shaping scope and business cases, managing budgets and vendor contracts, driving delivery through Agile and hybrid methodologies, and communicating status and risk to senior leadership. This is a high-visibility role for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of IT project management experience delivering technology projects with cross-functional IT and business teams.

3+ years of experience managing projects built on Salesforce technology, with demonstrable experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Proven experience managing external implementation vendors and system integrators, including contract and SOW management.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive-facing presentation skills. • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Field Service Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Associate.

Experience in telecommunications, utilities, field operations, or a service-heavy industry.

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (ERP, billing, CRM, workforce management).

Familiarity with data migration, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and DevOps/release management for Salesforce.
