About Pulley
Pulley helps the country’s top architects, builders, and retailers speed up every project in their portfolio. With AI-powered permitting intelligence and expert guidance, we eliminate costly delays and bring predictability across the full lifecycle of commercial projects.
Today, permitting is the slowest, most uncertain part of building, spread across 19,000+ jurisdictions with different rules, timelines, and surprises. Pulley gives project teams the clarity and predictability they need to move from planning to opening without delays.
We support rollout programs for brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as major data center buildouts, EV charging networks, and other commercial projects. Our platform dramatically reduces approval timelines, improves forecasting accuracy, and removes thousands of hours of manual work from design and construction teams.
Founded in 2021, Pulley combines deep permitting expertise with purpose-built AI from people who have created products used by millions. We’re backed by CRV, Susa Ventures, Fifth Wall, and leaders from Plaid, Segment, ServiceTitan, and Procore.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Pulley's second Enterprise Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of approximately 20–40 enterprise and mid-market customers. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving renewals, expansion, and long-term customer success while partnering closely with our customer-facing services team to ensure customers get the most value from both our software and our permitting expertise.
In this role, you will:
-
Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal.
-
Drive renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth across your portfolio.
-
Build relationships with stakeholders at every level, from day-to-day users to executive sponsors.
-
Lead executive business reviews, strategic account planning, and customer success conversations.
-
Partner closely with our customer-facing services team, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
-
Bring customer feedback and market insights back to the business to improve our product and customer experience.
WHO YOU ARE
-
You enjoy building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor - not just another vendor.
-
You're commercially minded and enjoy owning renewals, expansion, and long-term customer growth.
-
You thrive in ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly and ownership is expected.
-
You're equally comfortable leading executive conversations and rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challenges.
-
You naturally collaborate across functions and bring people together to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
NEED TO HAVE
-
3 - 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or another quota-carrying commercial role.
-
Experience owning renewals, expansion, and revenue growth within existing customer accounts.
-
Experience managing complex B2B accounts with multiple stakeholders, including executive-level relationships.
-
Strong commercial instincts and a track record of consistently achieving quota.
-
Excellent communication, organization, and account planning skills.
-
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where you're willing to do both strategic and tactical work.
-
Excited to work hybrid from our New York City office.
NICE TO HAVE
-
Experience in construction technology, property technology, or another operationally complex B2B SaaS business.
-
Experience partnering closely with customer delivery, operations, or professional services teams.
