🚀 Construction Manager 5 | Dallas, TX

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Data Center Construction team supporting critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional project management expertise, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $91.50 - $98.54/ hour

🔍 What’s the Job?

  • Manage and direct base build, core and shell construction activities for large-scale data center projects.

  • Coordinate project execution by developing detailed plans, schedules, and resource strategies to achieve project goals.

  • Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and project deliverables while ensuring compliance with project requirements.

  • Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of construction management experience, including hands-on experience supporting data center construction projects.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects from planning through execution.

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management methodologies, and safety standards.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is preferred. PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
