  • Standardization: Define and maintain "Golden Standards" for project templates, issue types, and automation rules across the enterprise.

  • Change Management: Drive adoption and training for new features and workflows, ensuring teams realize the full value of the tool investment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog (epics/user stories/acceptance criteria), balancing user value, strategic outcomes, and technical health.

  • Technical Liaison : Partner with platform development and administration team to ensure configurations support enterprise integrations, data flows, and reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis.

  • Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Rovo.

  • Strong understanding of platform governance, standardization, and enterprise scale enablement.

  • Proven ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian automation, scripting tools, and APIs preferred.

  • Experience supporting enterprise service workflows or scaled Agile delivery preferred.
