Full job description

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading advanced manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to hire Production Inspectors. These positions are responsible for ensuring products meet strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Candidates will perform inspections, document findings, and work closely with production teams to maintain high levels of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Position: Production Inspector

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

Job Duties:

  • Perform visual inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process

  • Identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality concerns

  • Verify products meet customer and company specifications

  • Utilize measuring devices and inspection tools when required

  • Complete quality documentation and production records accurately

  • Communicate quality issues to production teams and supervisors

  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions

  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility

Requirements:

  • Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects

  • Experience using measuring equipment is a plus

  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
