JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Executive Assistant to the Founder

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to work directly with Zolve’s

Founder — a strategic operator who can bring order to chaos, anticipate needs, and

ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced environment. This role demands discretion,

speed, and precision — supporting the Founder across operations, communication, and decision-making. If you thrive in high-growth setups, have the ability to manage complex schedules, and can turn ambiguity into action, this is your opportunity to be at the very core of Zolve’s journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Support and Coordination

Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.

Prioritize and manage competing demands, ensuring optimal utilization of the Founder’s time.

Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, notes, and action items.

Manage and safeguard confidential information with the highest degree of discretion.

Operational and Administrative Management

Oversee the organization and maintenance of contracts, NDAs, and other key business documents.

Coordinate logistics and operations related to vendors, office administration, and executive requirements.

Plan and execute internal events, offsites, and other Founder-led initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.

Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Serve as a primary point of contact between the Founder and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support strategic and administrative priorities.

Track deliverables, action items, and deadlines to ensure consistent and timely follow-up on key initiatives.

Strategic and Project Support

Support the Founder in driving key strategic initiatives by coordinating inputs, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Conduct research, prepare briefs, and summarize information to facilitate informed decision-making.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external meeting s.

QUALIFICATIONS Education :

Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines. preferred); Master’s degree will be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or in a similar executive support role.

Demonstrated success in supporting senior leadership in fast-paced or startup

environments.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack,

Zoom, and Notion.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex priorities.
