Full job description
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based Autism Consultant opportunity supporting K-12 students. This role offers the opportunity to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create positive outcomes for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioral challenges.
Working through an Educational Service District (ESD), you will collaborate with multiple school teams, provide behavioral expertise, and help develop supportive learning environments that foster student success.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments
-
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and school staff

Support students with ASD and significant behavioral needs

Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision making

Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers

Train school personnel on evidence-based behavioral strategies

Requirements

Current BCBA Certification through the BACB

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Oregon licensure or ability to obtain

School-based behavioral experience preferred

Pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
Compensation
Local Candidates

$68/hour

Approx. $1,880/week
Travel Candidates

$45/hour taxable

Weekly meals and housing stipends available

Approx. $3,046/week total package

Minimum Requirements:

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
