FOR NEARLY A CENTURY, THE LEGENDARY QUALITY AND FLAVORS OF AE DAIRY HAS PROVIDED AMAZING TASTE EXPERIENCES FOR FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES IN THE SIOUX CITY IOWA REGION. WE NEED DRIVERS TO HELP DISTRIBUTE OUR GREAT PRODUCTS!

AE Dairy is looking for route delivery drivers to become valued members of our team.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Business-to-Business Transactions

  • No Overnight or extended day(s) travel- Sleep in your own bed every day!

  • Company provided uniforms

  • Company provided safety shoes

  • Well maintained, late model trucks

The AE Distribution Employee will:

  • Must have a valid and current Class A CDL

  • Must demonstrate safe driving practices

  • Must comply with all DOT Regulations and company policies and procedures

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product

  • Learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads

  • Prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles

  • Demonstrate customer-focused professionalism in all interactions with customers and the general public

  • Show enthusiasm for and commitment to the AE Brand

Compensation plans:

  • FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Medical (2026 monthly rates: Single $65 Family $108.34)

  • Dental (No Cost with Medical Coverage)

  • Company Provided (No Cost) Basic Life Insurance and AD&D

  • Competitive pay plans

  • Paid holidays following successful completion of probationary period.

  • 401K participation following successful completion of probationary period.

Qualified candidates must be able to speak, read and write English. All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical, drug screen, physical capacity test and background check.
