IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR PRODUCTION WORKERS IN WARRENDALE PA!

Job Description

The Production Assembler supports a large manufacturing operation by operating equipment, monitoring battery filling processes, and handling components that are used in battery production. This role involves standing on the production line, loading parts into machines, visually inspecting components, and accurately logging production data in both computer systems and on paper forms.

Responsibilities

  • Stand on the battery production line and ensure batteries are filled properly with the correct fluids.

  • Load parts into machines that process components used in batteries.

  • Remain on your feet for long periods of time while working on the production line.

  • Visually inspect parts as they move through the machine to ensure quality and correct processing.

  • Operate machine controls, including pushing buttons as needed to move parts to the next station.

  • Monitor the filling cycle, which takes approximately one minute per part, and ensure the process runs smoothly.

  • Input production data into a computer system accurately and in a timely manner in designated departments.

  • Log production information on paper forms when required and maintain accurate records.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while working with production equipment and tools.

  • Support general assembly, production, and warehouse tasks as needed within the manufacturing facility.

Why Work Here?

This position offers a contract-to-hire path with a rapidly growing organization that is expanding its operations. With significant government funding secured to support expansion, the organization is investing in its future and its workforce. Employees receive 15 days of vacation once hired directly, without having to wait a full year, supporting work-life balance and time off when needed.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large, clean manufacturing facility focused on battery production.
