Job Description:

• Develops and implements effective marketing and business development plans.

• Markets opportunities to potential candidates.

• Creates and manages the annual marketing and business development budget.

• Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures.

• Leads the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business development projects.

• Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.

• Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing and business development strategies.

• Manages day-to-day functions and demonstrates independent judgment and creativity.

• Builds strong relationships to advance departmental goals and vision.

• Supports media activities, including interacting with media and facilitating requests.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]

• Strong coordination and project management skills [Required]

• Ability to supervise and manage business development initiatives [Required]

• Ability to understand, interpret and apply detailed and complex information [Required]

• Effective interpersonal and active listening skills [Required]

• Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide input for human resource decisions such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions [Required]

• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]

• Excellent time management skills [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• in Business Management or a related field

Work Experience:

• 2+ years experience [Required]

• 2+ years of leadership/management experience [Required]

• 3+ years of leadership/management experience [Preferred]

• 3+ years of technical experience [Required]

• 5+ years of technical experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree [Required] OR 4+ years of relevant experience [Required]

Pay Range:

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
