Description

The Flaum Eye Institute at the University of Rochester Medical Center is now accepting applications for its two-year, instructor position in Retina. This Faculty appointment will include fellowship training that includes 1) clinically oriented work which includes supervised patient care. 2) clinical/translational research and 3) teaching of residents and medical students.

Qualifications

Applicants must have graduated from a fully accredited ophthalmology residency and be eligible for licensure in the state of New York.

Candidates must be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
