Logan Health Brendan House is seeking a full-time Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing therapy team in beautiful Kalispell, Montana.

Qualifications

Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

Current Montana Physical Therapy Assistant license or temporary Montana PTA license

Current CPR certification, as applicable to assigned area

Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
Responsibilities

Provide therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist

Assist with individualized treatment plans to support resident goals

Deliver care that reflects resident age, culture, condition, and functional needs

Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record

Follow therapy standards, payer guidelines, and department expectations

Collaborate with the care team on resident goals, progress, and discharge planning

Use therapy equipment, materials, and techniques safely and appropriately

Maintain productivity, attendance, and documentation standards

Support a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

Logan Health Brendan House is a 110-bed skilled nursing facility in Kalispell, Montana, offering skilled nursing, transitional care, long-term care, and comfort care. Our mission is to provide resident-centered care that helps people live fully and participate in life.
Shift:
Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
