We are currently hiring Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Special Needs Caregivers in the following areas:

• Mt. Airy, NC

• Pilot Mountain, NC

• Jonesville, NC

• Elkin, NC

• King, NC

What You'll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Special Needs Caregiver:

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events

• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship

• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming

• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings

• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

$16.00/hr.

• Weekly pay

• Flexible part-time schedules

• Multiple shifts available

What We're Looking For in Direct Support Professionals (DSP) / Special Needs Caregivers:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years of age

• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to community activities
