Full job description

Overview

We're hiring Plastic Piping System Fabricators for our indoor pipe-fabrication shop.

You'll build prefabricated plastic piping systems like fire suppression, sprinkler, irrigation, and industrial process lines, that ship out and install elsewhere. Working from blueprints and 3D layouts, you'll measure and cut HDPE, PVC, and other thermoplastic pipe, face and align the ends, then run butt, socket, and sidewall fusion equipment — watching temperature, pressure, and cycle time to make each joint leak-free. You'll take precise readings along the way to confirm every assembly is built to spec.

This is a growing line of business, fused plastic systems that can replace metal piping in commercial buildings. Everything is built in a clean, climate-controlled facility, then shipped to the job site.

Why Join Us

  • Verify specs: Confirm material type and dimensions before every assembly.
  • Run fusion equipment: Set up and operate machines for each joint.
  • Control the cycle: Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle time per joint.
  • Make the joint: Fuse pipe into strong, leak-free connections.
  • Build to print: Assemble systems to match blueprints and 3D layouts.
  • Check quality: Take precise readings and flag joints that fail spe Requirements
