Job Summary Location: Flat Shoals Outpatient Center, Flat Shoals Outpatient Center​ in Decatur | Grady Health

As a Primary Care Physician at Grady’s Flat Shoals Outpatient Center, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse community. You will work in a collaborative environment that values safety, compassion, and equity, contributing directly to Grady’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare to all residents of Atlanta. Reporting to on-site Medical Director, the role of the Grady Primary Care Physician is to ensure high quality, safe, timely, patient centered, team-based patient care in accordance with the mission and vision of Grady Health System.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate of Medicine (MD or DO) required

  • Completion of an accredited Primary Care residency program

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred

  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia

  • Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
