Breakfast Attendant prepares food for buffet line and serves guests. Physical Requirements include lifting a minimum of 30 lbs., walking and standing for eight hour shifts. Reports to Manager on Duty/General Manager.
Job Duties to Include, but not limited to:

Set up line for opening.

Responsibility to understand serving portions as instructed.

Serve and assist customers in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.

Prepare food for service as designated by brands standards.

Keep serving line clean and neat at all times

At end of shift, clean and break down serving line as instructed, for next shift.
