UX Designer (Enterprise Product Designer)

Our UX designer will be collaborating with a passionate team of individuals spread across the globe to define and deliver a compelling roadmap and goals based on team needs, customer needs, and strategic opportunities for our enterprise platform. In addition to being a strategic partner, you love to execute the creation of great user experiences: mapping seamless flows, contributing components to our design system, and geeking out on UI details or interaction patterns You’re hands-on and excited to roll up your sleeves and get things done as part of a dynamic team. You will work closely with product and engineering throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. ‍ Responsibilities Will be a hands-on UX / product designer that is proficient in user research techniques, interaction design, visual design and usability testing Excellent product design skills with solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows Communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively, across different audiences Build and maintain style guides, and support teams during the development cycle Be a key player on a small but mighty team making a huge impact Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans ‍ Key Skills Required 3-5 years of proficient design experience Proficiency in design-related software (e.g. Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe suite, etc) Experience with AI-assisted design and development tools (Bolt, Claude, v0, or other LLMs) to create high-fidelity, functional prototypes Ability to prompt and guide AI tools effectively to generate production-ready component code and complete application prototypes Track record of using AI tools to reduce time-to-prototype by 50-80% while maintaining design quality and user experience standards Knowledge of technology behind web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus Has the ability to design complex enterprise product flows in collaboration with product and engineering teams Experience with Enterprise and/or B2B products is a plus High levels of organization and ability to work independently Startup experience is a plus ‍ Why Join Us Drive measurable impact for Fortune 500 customers across the globe, helping them turn AI vision into operational value.
