Job Descriptions:

Come join the Call Center Team! Be the First Voice of Compassion — Connecting Patients to Care, the Chapa-De Way in Grass Valley.

Pay: $23.20-$25.00

Benefit Highlights:

  • Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

  • 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers

  • Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries

  • Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficient

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1-year hands on experience answering high volume phone calls

  • Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems.

  • Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
