About the Role: Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care in Maryville as a Personal Care Aide (PCA). In this rewarding position, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, enhancing their quality of life with your care and dedication. Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

  • Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.

  • Support clients in mobility and physical activities.

  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience as a PCA or in a related field preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.

  • Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient.

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
