Residential HVAC Service Technician
Location: Mattapan, MA
Company: Boston Standard Company / New England Ductless
Pay: $40–$55 per hour + Performance Pay (Top Techs Earn $100K+)

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Educate homeowners on repair options, energy savings, and system performance

Recommend repairs, replacements, and maintenance memberships when appropriate

Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

Work safely while representing Boston Standard with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
-
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-
Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits

EPA Universal Certification

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent communication and customer service skills

ServiceTitan experience is a plus
