Important skills include Remodeling, Carpentry, Construction, Residential Baths Knowledge, Windows Knowledge, and Kitchens Knowledge. Preferred (not required): Installation, Finish Work Application, Job Checklist, and Respectful Customer Interaction.

What We Offer

About the Role

  • Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures

  • Apply finish work as needed for every application

  • Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

  • Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

  • Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

 

Key Qualifications

  • 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience

  • Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens

  • Must have GC license

  • Established LLC or Business

  • Worker's comp and Liability insurance

  • Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
