Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will help create a great experience for every guest by:

• Greeting guests and providing friendly service

• Taking and assembling customer orders accurately and quickly

• Preparing McDonald’s food products according to quality and food safety standards

• Maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment

• Working as part of a team to meet restaurant goals

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Friendly communication with guests and coworkers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts

• Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and technology

• Availability may include evenings and weekends depending on schedule
