Full job description

Work Setup: Onsite for 3 months, followed by a transition to a hybrid setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Eastern Timezone)

Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines, 1110

Position Overview:

The Home Solution Center Fraud Analyst should be able to identify and mitigate fraud activity, monitor and review high risk transactions, review transaction reports for trending analysis and fraud mitigation, interact with external and internal customers to champion fraud policies and procedures, and other duties

as required in a high pace ecommerce environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the ecommerce platform.

  • Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity.

  • Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.

  • Maintain fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems.

  • Recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends.

  • Answer phone inquiries from internal and external customers pertaining to cases that have been worked.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related field

  • Atleast 2 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst

  • Atleast 2 years of experience with Spanish Bilingual

  • Handled a US based client is a must.

  • Amenableto work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during onboarding period.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented

  • Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to work in fast paced dynamic environments where decisions are made without compromising on customer experience and financial losses

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to execute multiple objectives concurrently

  • Bilingual preferred
