POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for a variety of receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties within the Ambulatory Care Unit supporting the Pain Clinic:

Managing Referrals
Provide support for the department's front office/desk with:

Patient Check-In

Triaging Phone Calls

General office support and tasks
BASIC KNOWLEDGE

High School graduate

Some knowledge of medical terminology strongly desired

People skills and experience dealing with the public helpful
