Waipahu, HI :

This is a full time salaried position based in our ABA center.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.

  • Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.

  • Collect, analyze, and graph client data to monitor treatment progress.

  • Assist with functional behavior assessments and treatment plan implementation.

  • Provide caregiver training under BCBA supervision.

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate.

  • Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback to RBTs.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, educators, and caregivers.

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and organizational policies.

  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)

  • Must obtain Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date

  • Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology

  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team

  • Interest in professional development and advancement

  • Solid communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

  • Active state licensure (if required by state regulations).

  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to travel locally to client homes, schools, and community settings.
