KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Technical Lead to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the end-to-end migration of enterpriseapplications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; this includes planning,designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a seamless transitionwith minimal disruption

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations withinSailPoint ISC; accountable for setting up workflows, policies, and connectorsto meet business and security requirements

Act as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complexissues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process; yourdeep knowledge of SailPoint will be crucial in overcoming technical hurdles

Work closely withapplication owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements,provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including designspecifications, runbooks, and operational guides; help establish best practicesfor ongoing ISC administration and governance

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to upholdKPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recenthands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years specificallyfocused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Bachelor's degree from anaccredited college/university in computer science, information security, or arelated field is required; SailPoint professional certifications (for example:SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are preferred

Provenapplication onboarding and migration expertise, including leading at least onesignificant migration from legacy IAM solutions (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager,SailPoint IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Deepunderstanding of IAM and access governance (identity lifecycle, accessrequests, certification, role engineering), security controls, and regulatoryframeworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP

Abilityto lead technical workstreams, make informed decisions, mentor team members,and drive complex identity governance initiatives

Excellentanalytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with theability to lead technical discussions; knowledge of AI tools and integrations,including management of non-human and agent identities

Ability to travel as required
