What You’ll Do

As a Farmhand/Laborer, you will play an important role in our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops

  • Operating farm equipment safely and efficiently

  • Performing general farm labor and maintenance tasks

  • Learning to store, roast, and grind commodities

  • Supporting overall farm operations as needed

  • Dependable and responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
