Full job description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented customer outreach specialist to support utility-related project communications in Juno Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position focuses on guiding property owners through project discussions, documenting approvals, and maintaining clear communication from initial outreach through completion. The role works closely with customer outreach leadership to promote community awareness, uphold approved procedures, and ensure each interaction is handled with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain communication with customers and property owners across the full lifecycle of assigned work requests.

  • Explain project details, including anticipated scope and proposed equipment placement, and secure customer understanding and agreement to move forward.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain outreach records such as easements, project agreements, acknowledgments, and related documentation.

  • Track conversations, commitments, and project updates to ensure consistent communication at each stage of the work.

  • Follow approved customer outreach policies, procedures, and communication materials in all interactions and documentation.

  • Partner with the designated Customer Outreach Specialist or Manager to support public awareness efforts and coordinate outreach activities.

  • Submit accurate timesheets and complete expense reporting in accordance with approved guidelines.

  • Monitor documentation quality and compliance to help ensure customer agreements are properly recorded and retained. Requirements • 6-10 years of experience in customer outreach, community engagement, communications support, or a closely related field.

  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with property owners and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed documentation, maintain accurate records, and follow established procedures.

  • Working knowledge of policy compliance and the ability to apply approved materials and guidelines consistently.

  • Experience coordinating agreements, property-related communications, or project acknowledgment documents.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, maintain organization, and provide timely follow-up in a fast-paced environment.
