Sodexo is seeking Food Service Manager 2 to lead daily foodservice operations at our client site in Marietta, Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to step into management.
Manages daily food service financials, inventory, and meal costs while overseeing a 3-person kitchen team serving breakfast and lunch to 40 guests. Coordinates catering setup, delivery, and pickup, plus cashless POS operations and transaction accuracy.

Join a leadership role overseeing multi-functional food service operations with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and operational performance. This position supports revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs, safety standards, and daily operational oversight while fostering an engaged and well-supported team.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range: $46000 per year - $69520 per year
