The Senior Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness and Experience helps strengthen organizational health and enterprise effectiveness by turning workforce insight, employee feedback, and business context into clear actions. You will partner across Human Resources, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to diagnose challenges, shape practical recommendations, and help advance work that improves culture, leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise organizational health and effectiveness assessments using leader input, employee listening, workforce data, and business context.

  • Uncover and diagnose trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities impacting organizational performance and experience.

  • Build stronger, more predictive insight on engagement, retention, effectiveness, and workforce trends.

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative information into practical insights and recommendations.

  • Develop executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials that improve decision quality.

  • Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to connect organizational diagnosis to action.

  • Support operating model, organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

  • Evaluate solutions against business needs and measure outcomes to determine effectiveness and identify remaining risks or opportunities.

  • Drive cross-functional coordination to shape and execute enterprise organizational health priorities.

  • Align people strategy with business strategy through data-driven recommendations and action plans.

  • Develop scalable frameworks, tools, and approaches for insight generation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Support enterprise change and transformation efforts by aligning culture, leadership, communication, and organizational effectiveness practices.

  • Build trusted relationships across stakeholders and teams.

  • Facilitate thoughtful conversations and collaborative problem-solving sessions.

  • Present recommendations clearly and influence action without formal authority in complex and ambiguous environments.

  • Execute culture-shaping initiatives that elevate the employee experience and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Bring – Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

  • 6 or more years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, people analytics, workforce analytics, employee experience, HR consulting, change management, project management or a related discipline

  • 1 or more years of experience independently consulting with leaders and HR partners on organizational or workforce challenges

  • 1 or more years of experience analyzing workforce, employee, engagement, or organizational health data and translating findings into actionable recommendations

  • 1 or more years of experience building dashboards, executive summaries, presentations, or analytical readouts using workforce or organizational data

What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred

  • Experience in a large, complex organization supporting enterprise organizational effectiveness, workforce insight, culture, transformation, or employee listening work

  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, Glint, Medallia, Viva Glint, Culture Amp, or similar analytics and employee listening tools

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or comparable analytical tools, methods, and data storytelling approaches

  • Experience supporting enterprise change, transformation, organizational design, operating model, workforce planning, or culture initiatives

  • Familiarity with employee listening platforms, HRIS data, data governance practices, advanced insight development, and measurement of organization-level outcomes

  • Experience coaching others, strengthening team capability, or providing specialized training in an area of HR, analytics, organizational effectiveness, or change expertise

  • Experience independently consulting with leaders and HR partners on organizational, workforce, employee experience, or culture-related challenges

  • Experience analyzing workforce, engagement, retention, sentiment, skills, or organizational health data and translating findings into actionable recommendations

  • Experience building dashboards, executive summaries, presentations, analytical readouts, or decision materials using workforce or organizational data

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational diagnostic, written communication, verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to influence across functions, provide guidance, and lead through ambiguity without formal authority

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $140,400- $171,600.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
