Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Bellperson/Valet for the Chamberlain in West Hollywood, CA.

Job Purpose:

The Bell person/Valet position is a vital role focused on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role involves greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and providing efficient valet parking services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The successful candidate will act as the first and last point of contact for guests, representing the establishment’s commitment to hospitality excellence. They will coordinate closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and courteously. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the property by providing attentive, reliable, and friendly service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or valet services.

  • Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.

  • Familiarity with the West Hollywood area and local attractions.

  • Certification in customer service or hospitality training programs.

  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
