How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Assess, provide, and document pastoral care to patients, families and staff.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, evaluating, and implementing the spiritual program with each local ministry in order to ensure spirituality initiatives are executed properly.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High school diploma equivalency required.

  • 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE or CPEI is required.

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Theology, Spirituality, Social Work, Divinity, Philosophy, Servant Leadership, Pastorial Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred.

  • 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
