Job Title: Utility Worker Job Description
In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will work closely with a team to perform daily tasks within the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Gathering and moving materials to and from the production line.

Gathering finished products and ensuring quality.

Continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process.

Monitoring machine operations.
Essential Skills

Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift.

Ability to be a team player with strong collaboration skills.

High School Diploma.

Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions.

Work Environment
The position is available for 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am), with respective differentials. The environment is collaborative, working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals. Compensation varies based on position and shift, with utility helper base at $17.53, and assistant operator base at $19.52, with higher rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
