Enhance Rehabilitation is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, the PTA will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care and ensuring quality treatment outcomes. This role involves developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs and continuous communication with the Physical Therapist and facility staff.

Key focus areas include Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes, Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs, and Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.

Successful candidates bring Qualified Physical Therapy Assistant. Preferred (not required): Quality Treatment, Develop Physical Therapy Treatment Programs, Implement Physical Therapy Treatment Programs, and Assist Patients With Physical Therapy Treatment.

Full job description

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

  • Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.

  • With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.

  • Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.

  • Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.

  • Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.

  • Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
