In This Role, You Will:

  • Serve as a point of contact for the customer, managing their onsite experience using Cvent’s Onsite Solutions

  • Training the clients on the hardware (Router, Printer, Badges) and the software from end to end

  • Serve as a point of contact and strategic advisor for all assigned events (small to medium in size & scope)

  • Directly support and consult with customers on how to best leverage Cvent’s Onsite Solutions through timeline-specified milestones and standardized operations

  • Work with the strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite

  • Identify and define product improvements and enhancements as they pertain to client needs and overall deployment

  • Serve as a point of contact for Onsite escalations and should be flexible working out of office hours and on weekends

  • Manage several concurrent projects

  • Communicate and adhere to project milestones Here's What You Need:

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of client interaction experience.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

  • Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to ensure event execution success

  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals

  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity

  • Excel at developing relationships over Zoom and email.

  • Strong understanding of the onsite event management experience.

  • Candidate should have basic knowledge about hardware (printer, routers)

  • Able to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software
