This position is a hybrid role based in the Philadelphia metro region, there is no relocation offered, only local candidates will be considered.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build broad, hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources while supporting a global organization. In this role, you will partner with HR leaders, employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and enhancethe employeeexperience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the execution and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and programs.

  • Leveraging data, technology, and business insights to help inform decision-making and organizational priorities.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across locations and functions to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

  • Contributing to global and local HR initiatives, projects, and operational priorities.

  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability across HR activities and deliverables.

  • Supportingorganizational compliance, governance, and documentation requirements.

  • Serving as a trusted operational resource for employees, managers, and HR partners.

  • Participating in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, processes, and ways of working.

  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.

  • Providing support for additional business initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, ora relateddiscipline.

  • 4-7 years of progressive experience supporting HR operations, business processes, systems, reporting, or related functions.

  • Experience working with business systems, data, and process management in a professional environment.

  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or organizational initiatives from planning through implementation.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, dashboards, or workforce metrics preferred.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data governance practices preferred.
