Now Hiring: Welders – LSI Staffing (Kansas City, KS)
Pay: $19-$26.50/hour (depending on experience)
LSI Staffing is hiring Welders for a leading metalworking facility specializing in stamping, fabrication, value-added assembly, tooling, and machining.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate metal components
-
Perform MIG, spot, and robotic welding as needed
-
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
-
Weld and assemble parts using various techniques and tools

Inspect and measure parts for quality and accuracy
-
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
What We’re Looking For:
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
-
Experience with MIG welding and working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
-
Ability to meet weld quality standards consistently
-
Willingness to supply your own hand tools
Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
6–12 months of related experience or vocational training in metal fabrication
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Ability to stand for 10–12 hour shifts
